Within 1-3 working days we will send you a personal e-mail with further information. In this email we will also inform you whether we have been able to reserve the desired place.
We try to inform you in the event text if an event is fully booked. However, this does not always work.
The participation fee must be transferred to our account within 7 days after we have sent the relevant information to the participants.
0-14 days before the event: No refund of the participation fee (or only if the place can be reallocated if the event is fully booked).
If personalised costs have already been incurred, part of the participation fee may be retained even if the cancellation is made earlier. These are, for example, personalised travel costs for train journeys to event locations abroad, visa fees paid by us or similar.
HochDrei e.V. has the right to cancel events at short notice due to insufficient registrations. Participation fees already paid will then be refunded in full.
The information from the registration will be stored by us.
During the event, participants must confirm their presence as well as their name, address and date of birth once again by signing a list of participants. This signature on site is a prerequisite for participation. An important reason is that we have to keep data on participants for up to 10 years for funding bodies and the tax office. This includes, for example, name, age, address and event. Beyond that, the data will not be passed on.
