Learning Trails is an international training course.
The project will bring together 25 youth workers, educators, trainers, teachers, social workers, and other professionals working with young people from Poland, Georgia, Armenia, Germany, and Romania.
Throughout the training, participants will explore Outdoor Adventure Education as an effective methodology for learning, inclusion, personal development, and community building. The course combines experiential learning, practical outdoor skills, facilitation techniques, and educational design, equipping participants to
confidently use nature-based methods in their own organizations and communities.
A particular focus of the project is on making outdoor education more accessible for young people with fewer opportunities. Participants will learn how to adapt outdoor
activities, remove barriers to participation, and create safe, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences that support diverse groups of young people.
By the end of the course, participants will have developed both practical outdoor competencies and educational facilitation skills, enabling them to design and lead impactful outdoor learning activities tailored to the needs of their target groups.
Working language will be english.
